GUIDELINES EXPANDED
"What's up! It's Mike and I am here to tell you about the rules of this team. It's not hard to be on this team. There will only be one reason why you will get kicked off of this team; that reason would be because of you and your actions. Depending on whether or not you take this team seriously will depend on whether or not you stay on this team. I know it will seem very serious to you all at first and I will not lie, these are some seriously strict rules. But if you are a serious gamer like we are, than these rules will be a cakewalk for you. These rules I will be mentioning are never to be broken. If they are, expect to be off the team. I do not care how good you are at the game, but I will not tolerate it. There are only two rules I expect you as a team member to follow:
- "You must never, ever talk trash to anyone. I do not want immature kids on my team. I want humble, mature, and respectful players on this team. I don't ever want someone to feel uncomfortable on my team because another teammate is being disrespectful to them or another person in public matches. If I even hear about someone talking trash in public matches, you will be kicked off of the team.
- "Secondly, there must always be open communication between teammates. It's not difficult to communicate with everyone. What is the whole point of having a team when there is no communication? That team will go absolutely no where. Communication is key when it comes to making a team, otherwise you might as well go and play public matches by yourself and call randoms your team. I do not want people to be strangers to each other. We need to communicate; I cannot stress that enough.
"Now, at this point I will be describing the deviation system, which will definitely be the most annoying part to people who do not take us seriously. The deviation system is real simple. If you earn a deviation, it will be more than likely because you simply did not communicate with us. Now, let me explain it to you.
"First things first, there will be a maximum of 10 deviations before you get kicked off the team. If you reach 10 deviations, than you clearly don't deserve to be on this team. However, if you get a single more deviation (rounding the total to 11), you are done and will never be allowed to join our team again. Depending on what you do will depend on how many deviations we give you at one point. Typically, we will only give one deviation at a time. But, again, that may change depending on your actions. There are, however, ways to get rid of these deviations. Me and Nicole will be thinking of ways to help you get rid of deviations. It will be a case-by-case situation. If you really read these guidelines and actually agree to them and honor your side of the deal, you won't have any problems from anyone.
"Now, I know these are some really intense rules and I don't expect many people to really read this whole page. I know we are just a new team starting out and there is no reason why you should put so much effort into this team when we are not really anything right now in the gaming community. But, I can guarantee that if you follow these rules and accept the guidelines and we can become what we want to be. In my eyes, I want to be the team that will stand up and represent the voice of the community of games that we play. I will not lie, I do not wish to be the best. I am a very competitive player and I wish I could be the best, but I will never admit we are the best even if we are at the very top. But, I do wish to take down all cocky teams and shut them up. If we can succeed at doing that, I will be the happiest gamer alive! Again, I cannot do this myself. I do not know what your motivation is, but I hope it has something to do with teamwork. I hope to hear from you guys soon. See you online!"
